In our case, she was a dual agent for the seller and represented us, the buyers, while we at our condo in Florida for the season. We bought the condo without personally seeing it because we were familiar with the unit from a previous visit to the complex. Jordan took videos and described all, from room to room. She made referrals for inspectors to come, met them at the unit and accompanied them through the unit.
